Enroll Now For Costa Rica Yoga Classes in Nirvana

Beautiful Costa Rica is a great place to learn yoga. Imagine practicing yoga at a pavilion overlooking the ocean, while listening to the sounds of birds and waves crashing on the shore in gorgeous Montezuma, Costa Rica at La Escuela Del Sol, while finding inner peace within yourself. La Escuela Del Sol was founded on the principle of self enhancement of the body, the mind and the soul, by Jeremy Levine, school Director. Jeremy has a MBA from USC, which enabled him to form the school and continue his hobby of fire dancing.

La Escuela Del Sol offers Costa Rica yoga classes from a one to a four week schedule. Yoga courses may also be combined with Spanish, surfing, scuba or fire dancing courses. College credit is available for the Spanish classes. Costa Rica yoga classes at La Escuela Del Sol are Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, which is a combination of correct alignment with the free flowing breath and movement, and some inspiration of Anusara. The classes are open for all levels and taught in English. Costa Rica yoga classes are limited to fifteen individuals so students have the instructors' utmost attention. Mats and props are provided and all levels of skill are accepted.

Accommodations are available and are included in the published rate prices. Private rooms are available, you can share a room with a travel companion, or request to be set up with a roommate. All rooms include a fan or air conditioning, and a private bathroom. Free, high speed internet access is available within the hotel. The school is right across the street from the ocean. The school is in an area near the Montezuma River, where you will find three separate waterfalls, and also near the tropical rain forest, many times you can see monkeys and several varieties of birds.

During the downtime of Costa Rica yoga, or on a weekend trek, the school can arrange various local excursions for you upon request. The excursions are in and around Montezuma including a waterfall hike, hike at Cabo Blanco National Park, zip line tours, snorkeling and scuba diving. The town of Montezuma has a variety of restaurants and shops. The main streets are bordered with artists selling jewelry, and various hand-made items. Sometime artists will have a spontaneous gig, playing various instruments outdoors in the street. Nearby is the Cabo Blanco National Park, which offers abundant wildlife, waterfalls and a secluded beach.
